Ben Howland founded London Wealth Management with Paul Hoban and Edward Tudor.

Ben is the Managing Director and has nearly 30 years of industry experience.

Ben holds the Chartered Insurance Institute Diploma in Financial Planning, the Chartered Institute of Marketing Professional Diploma in Marketing and is responsible for the oversight of the Marketing plan.

As a financial advisor, Ben advises private clients providing financial planning support by focusing on building long lasting client relationships and creating personal financial plans for each client.

Ben graduated from the University of Leeds in 1997.

Jack joined London Wealth Management in December 2019 and has nearly 15 years of experience in the financial planning industry.

Jack holds the Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning and has held Chartered Financial Planner status since 2021.

Jack provides financial planning advice and support to private clients by focusing on building long lasting relationships, creating personal financial plans, and ultimately assisting clients in reaching their financial goals and objectives.

As Director of Financial Planning, Jack is also responsible for leading the Financial Planning team to deliver consistent client outcomes.

Jenny joined London Wealth Management in 2011 and has now over 20 years of experience in this industry.  

After initially providing paraplanning support to the Directors, Jenny became a Chartered Financial Planner in 2017. As a Chartered Financial Planner, Jenny advises private clients providing financial planning support by focusing on building long lasting client relationships and creating personal financial plans for each client.

As Director of Private Clients, Jenny is committed to ensuring our clients consistently receive the highest standard of service.

Jenny holds the Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning.

Bridie joined London Wealth Management in August 2023 after moving to the UK.

With over 2 years of financial planning experience in Australia, Bridie joined LWM to provide administration support to the financial planning team and she is now a Paraplanner. 

Currently, Bridie is studying for the Level 4 CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.

Bridie graduated from University of Queensland with a degree in Commerce and Business Management.

Oliver joined London Wealth Management in September 2025 within the Paraplanning team.

With over 5 years’ experience within fund analyst roles Oliver made the move to Financial Planning after completing his Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.

Currently, Oliver is studying towards his Level 6 CII Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning.

Oliver graduated with a degree in Economics from Newcastle University and also holds the Investment Management Certificate.

Tom joined London Wealth Management in January 2026 with over 5 years’ experience in the financial planning industry following a Master’s degree in mechanical engineering.

Tom holds the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning as well as the Certificate in Discretionary Investment Management. He is currently progressing towards the Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning on his journey to becoming a Chartered Financial Planner.

Tom provides technical support to our financial planners, conducting technical research, preparing suitability reports and helping to develop bespoke financial planning solutions for clients.

As Vulnerability Champion and a member of the firm’s Artificial Intelligence Committee, Tom also plays a key role in promoting positive client outcomes, enhancing support for vulnerable clients, and exploring innovative ways technology can improve efficiency and the client experience.

Charles joined London Wealth Management in October 2024, after a successful work experience period over the summer of 2024.

After two years of working part-time alongside studying for his university degree, Charles moved into the role as Head of Administration, overseeing the admin team and helping improve efficiencies.

Charles is studying for the Level 4 CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.

Charles has recently graduated from Queen Mary University of London with a degree in Business Management.

Jamie joined London Wealth Management in November 2025 after previous roles in the industry with a year experience in the field.

Jamie is currently studying for his Level 4 CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.

Jamie graduated from University of Hertfordshire with a degree in Sports Business Management.

Edward Tudor founded London Wealth Management with Paul Hoban and Ben Howland. 

With 24 years of experience in the industry, he holds the Masters in Wealth Management from the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment.

Edward provides portfolio management advice to clients as well as leading the Investment Management team and chairing the London Wealth Management Investment Committee. In addition to this he is also the firm’s Anti-Money Laundering officer.

Edward graduated from Sheffield University with a degree in History.

Tim joined London Wealth Management in 2009 as an Investment Assistant to Edward Tudor. After completing his investment qualifications, he was signed off as an Investment Manager in 2011 and subsequently appointed to the Board in July 2024.  

With industry experience of over 15 years, Tim provides portfolio management advice to clients as a member of the Investment Management team.

Tim is now a Chartered Wealth Manager and holds the Masters in Wealth Management from the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment. 

Tim graduated with a degree in Economics at Cardiff University.

Rhys joined London Wealth Management in September 2024, initially providing administration support to the Financial Planning and Investment Teams before moving to the Investment Associate role, focusing on providing investment research and analysis to the investment managers.

Currently, Rhys is pursuing the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation as a Level II Candidate.

Rhys graduated from Queen’s University of Belfast with a 1st class honours degree in Finance.

Helen has nearly 30 years of industry experience.

After joining London Wealth Management in 2008 to initially provide admin and technical support to the Directors, Helen moved into operations, subsequently was appointed to the Board in September 2022. Helen was authorised as LWM’s Compliance Officer in March 2025.

Helen’s role at London Wealth Management encompasses all areas of operations including compliance, finance, IT, HR, and property requirements.

Helen holds a Diploma in Financial Planning and before joining London Wealth Management she graduated with a degree in Economics.

Fabi joined London Wealth Management in April 2019 following the company’s decision to set up a new Marketing department. 

Fabi produces marketing material for clients and provides analysis and reports to develop the firms strategic approach and marketing plan.

Fabi holds a Masters in Marketing from Durham University following a degree in Economics and Management at Milano Bocconi University.

Paul Hoban founded London Wealth Management with Ben Howland and Edward Tudor. 

Paul has industry experience of nearly 40 years and holds the Advanced Financial Planning Certificate (AFPC) and Diploma in Financial Planning from The Chartered Insurance Institute.
